Szilard is working as 5G DevOps Transformation Lead at Eficode, a leading DevOps consultancy in the Nordics. Previously He was a DevOps agent, SAFe SPC, Transformation Lead, Test Coach and team lead at NOKIA for more than 19 years.

He is a public speaker and a volunteer in ISTQB.
