Many organisations face numerous challenges on their lean-agile journey implementing Scaled Agile Framework® (or other agile frameworks for that matter).

From a QA and testing perspective on important aspect is finding out how to organise both people in some of the classical testing roles and the work they have done. Some of the work might be done by other roles, some work might no longer be needed or be done in a different way. In the presentation, Mette will share her view on new opportunities that may arise as part of the organisational change.
